The site is located in a region below Todoque at only 280 m above sea level, which is very popular for guests, and has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The property has a total area of 7.833 m², of which 4.587 m² are located in the municipality of Tazacorte and can be built on for up to 10 beds as part of a tourism project. The rest of the property is located in the municipality of Los Llanos and is built with a two-storey dwelling house of 99 m² in need of renovation, an equipment shed of 21 m², a pump house of 19 m² and a round water tank of 275 m². This part of the property may not be developed further.
